Pulling exercises with RaBBiT
This is my good friend Rabbit who will help me demo some of the basic pulling exercises I have my clients do utilizing the battle rope that’s linked to my tire sled and some simple weights.

Cuddly with the Battle Rope

I hooked the battle rope on the pull up bar to create some tension. The rope mimics another farmer type workout where strength, endurance, stability and coordination all comes to play. If you are tired of the same old Lat Pull Down, this may be an awesome alternative!
In this particular exercise, Cuddly is sitting down on the ground, firing up his core and pulling the rope through a consistent speed. To maximize the efficiency, I’ve asked him to keep the rope moving all the way to the tail end so that he can get a constant burn.
